Terms and Conditions for Payment and Booking of Parking Space in Eriksvik Finnkroken

These terms and conditions apply between Eriksvik Finnkroken and the individual or their representative who books/pays for a parking space in Eriksvik Finnkroken Harbor.

The customer making the booking/payment is referred to as "Customer" in these terms. The provider is referred to as "Eriksvik Finnkroken," "We," "Eriksvik Hamn," or "Eriksvik Hamn AB." The booking/payment pertains to the rental of a parking space in Eriksvik Finnkroken. Customers/guests in Eriksvik Finnkroken are obliged to follow Eriksvik Finnkroken's "Harbor Rules," which are available in full at http://www.eriksvik.com.

Customers/guests who do not comply with these regulations may be refused entry by the staff of Eriksvik Finnkroken.

Booking and Payment for Individuals

To book a boat berth/pay for a parking space on the website "betala.eriksvik.se," the customer must be at least 18 years old. To complete the payment, a debit/credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or (BankID and Swish) is required.

Booking of Space

The price includes the rental of the space, the booking fee, and the connection (including consumption) of electricity (10 amperes).

All spaces are booked from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM.

Payment/Booking Confirmation

Upon receiving the booking confirmation, the customer should verify that all details are correct. It is the responsibility of the customer/booking party to ensure the accuracy of the information on the booking confirmation. The booking confirmation will be sent via email and as a text message (SMS). In case of any errors, Eriksviks Hamn AB should be contacted within 7 days of receiving the confirmation, but no later than 24 hours before arrival.

Payment for Booking

Payment is made immediately, even during the booking process.

Cancellation of Reserved Space - Guest Harbor Berth

Cancellation can only be done online via betala.eriksvik.se. The reservation fee is non-refundable upon cancellation. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of the reservation will not be refunded.

Property Responsibility/Cause of Damage

Eriksvik Finnkroken is not responsible for any lost items.

Eriksvik Finnkroken is not responsible for damage caused by external factors.

Other obligations and regulations

Customers/guests must take care of the space and the harbor facilities and comply with the rules, instructions, and regulations in effect.

Between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM, customers/guests must show utmost consideration and maintain silence towards other guests.

Grilling is allowed only in designated areas. Consider the risk of fire and ensure you have fire extinguishing equipment.

Each power outlet has a capacity of 10 amperes, primarily intended for charging purposes. Overloading risks causing damage to our electrical network. In case of obvious misuse, we reserve the right to invoice for repair costs. One outlet per vehicle.

Dogs must be kept on a leash.

Environmental waste should be disposed of in designated bins. Garbage should be placed in the designated containers. Other waste must not be flushed or discarded in the area.

Payment of the fee can be made online or in our kiosk during its opening hours.

Potable water must not be used for vehicle washing.

We are not responsible for damages or losses caused by external factors.

Violation of Agreement

This is an agreement between the customer (ordering party) and Eriksvik Finnkroken. The agreement will be terminated immediately if:

In the event of a violation of the agreement, the customers/guests in the group must immediately vacate the area. Compensation may be claimed from the customer in case of destruction or disruptive behavior.

Force Majeure

In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, and other events considered as force majeure, Eriksvik Hamn AB may terminate the agreement, and the customer and guests should be notified promptly. In such cases, Eriksviks Hamn is obligated to refund the amount paid, except for the benefit derived from using the space.
